  1. Stop worrying all the time.

You’re most likely worrying about your past and your future. What’s the point?
If there’s something up, that’s something mandatory for you that you have to go to, don’t worry about it. Just take steps to prepare yourself.

If you’re worrying about some past event, the truth is. Most likely nobody remembers. And even if someoene would. Nobody actively thinks of such things unless you did a really major flop which is unlikely.

2. Look on the bright side of the life.

There’s people passing every day. People having disease and getting sick. That could even be me or you. First, if we cannot prevent that. We will have to live with it. Simply, you must still be willing to look forward to the future. Think of things that you can still can do. Have friends and family close.
Prevent things from getting any worse. The best medicine is prevention.

3. Understand where others are coming from.

Someone might be giving you more work. Someone might be annoying you. Someone might be mistreating you. First of all. It’s not your fault buddy. Second it’s important to try to understand where they are coming from before feeding and responding to their state in similar fashion. Third stay away from such people if you can. If you’re in the position to change those people. Remember that such takes time and it might not always be worth it to drag yourself into it. Do what you believe is appropiate.

4. Learn to forgive.

Someone did give you more work. Someone did annoy you. Someone did mistreat you. What to do? Don’t let the past rule your present moment. Forgive these people. Don’t waste your time thinking about them nor writing and ranting about them to others. Your time is not worth it for them.

5. Adapt to your circumstances.

That’s where intelligence lies. But do not conform to people, know when to say no. Know when to leave. If you do have to adapt. Make sure to keep your life in balance. Don’t destroy yourself or your self worth by working yourself into burn out like a slave worker.

6. Make the best of what you’ve got.

Instead of wishing for more. Try wishing less. Minimalistic life style can be very beneficial, since these days most of us just consume and consume things without giving back. Here it is important too to stay in balance. If all if you have in a moment of need is your mind, use that. If there’s some simple tool that you can use to help you. Use that to your advantage. Don’t waste your time and energy on going overboard and not accomplishing anything. Do what you have set out to do and be very picky about how you do it. with what you have. If you need something, ask for help.
