Okay you’re going to have a nice day out with your family and/or friends, but come on. Can’t you walk instead? What about a bus and walking the way. Use your hands, carry things. Better for your health and environment too.

Okay if you want to go with car, try to minimize your emissions but why not switch the electric or an hybrid at least?

It seems really ironic wanting to be a green or sustainable person but you’re not fully living it out.

If you want to live like that, at least show the effort you’ve done to compensate…

Before waking up, I make sure to get my 10 hours of quality sleep with the help of sunlight during the day, exercise, avoiding caffeine after 12pm, and taking melatonin if due to jet-lag/timezone disturbances. Taking a hot shower/bath before bed can help too. Which are from Matthew Walker. I brush my teeth with toothpaste, use xylitol gum (effective against plague), and mouth wash to get rid all of the bad germs in the mouth.

Every morning I wake up, I have my multivitamin as a tab, a drinkable or an as a pill. I prefer the pills as they…

Sleep is a necessity for biological life, and our daily functioning.

I imagine that it could be possible to make a game whereas you will be in an underwater where little algae and fish could be swimming around, possibly some other zen environment where the environment will help you to calm down say if you’re trying to fall asleep with the help of ambience, relaxing sounds and slower moving calming relaxing visuals that move your mind to some other calming slower possibly fantasy place where you can relax and hopefully drift off to sleep.

There could be calming music or…

Vitality, Health & Sleep

How do you live a long and a happy life?

Hey there! I just came back from my morning walk in the winter wonderland where I am. It was really refreshing :)

Although… I have a few things that do bug me.

Why is it so unsatisfactory being ahead of people?

I’ve always felt a little guilty feeling inside of me whenever I finish my work before someone else. When I have nothing left to do. Just waiting and seeking out for the next opportunity.

  1. Stop worrying all the time.

You’re most likely worrying about your past and your future. What’s the point?
If there’s something up, that’s something mandatory for you that you have to go to, don’t worry about it. Just take steps to prepare yourself.

If you’re worrying about some past event, the truth is. Most likely nobody remembers. And even if someoene would. Nobody actively thinks of such things unless you did a really major flop which is unlikely.

“You probably wouldn’t worry about what people think of you if you could know how seldom they do.” — Olin Miller

It will quite literally work out your brain. It makes your cerebrum better. The cerebrum interconnects the left and right hemispheres of your brain.
There are many studies conducted on this. As of today it is not expensive to get started with a instrument…
